Welcome to a historic wooden house located in a quiet area of Zawada, in the heart of Malopolska. This charming house from 1871, with preserved period furniture, offers a unique atmosphere and provides ideal conditions for relaxation for families, couples, as well as groups of friends up to 6 people. Its historic character combined with the surrounding nature creates a unique holiday destination.
The interiors of the house exude warmth and originality. There is a comfortably furnished space that combines functionality with traditional character. The comfortable beds in the three bedrooms will ensure a restful night's sleep, while the shared bathroom with shower will facilitate daily preparations. In addition, the house is equipped with useful amenities such as a washing machine, a 2-burner kitchen, an espresso pot and a kettle, providing many home comforts.
Outside, there is a spacious, enclosed garden for guests' own use, where they can enjoy privacy and direct contact with nature. The garden offers numerous activities, from relaxing in the shade of the vines to evenings by the fire or barbecue. In addition, for nature lovers, there is a large forest full of walking paths just outside the garden, which is ideal for relaxing walks.
Zawada is perfectly located to easily discover the charms of Malopolska. Just 32 km separates the house from historic Krakow, which offers a rich cultural and historical programme. For those interested in history, the famous UNESCO-listed Wieliczka salt mine is just 17 km away. The surrounding area also allows direct contact with local culture and tradition, and the proximity of grocery shops (1000 m) makes daily shopping easy.
This unique place combines history, comfort and proximity to nature, providing an ideal base for those seeking peace and quiet and those on exploratory trips in the Małopolska region.
