Welcome to the holiday flats at Casa Rocca Bella! The house has four cosy holiday flats (one and three rooms). Casa Rocca Bella is situated in Ticino (Switzerland) on the southern slope of Monte Verità, about 70m above the centre of Ascona in a quiet location. The house can be reached from the town centre in 10 minutes on foot via a stepped footpath. Access via the road is only permitted for residents and holiday guests. Access to the house and flats via stairs.
Garden flat: Cosy one-room flat with seating area (15 m2) on the east side and view of the garden. Table and deckchairs are available on the seating area. Living/bedroom with three full-size foldaway beds, a sofa, armchair and dining table. Separate kitchen, bathroom with WC, washbasin and shower. Newly designed garden in spring 2023, behind the house a large garden (800 m2), surrounded by trees and palm trees with granite table, granite bench under a pergola and barbecue area invites you to linger. This garden with table tennis table, climbing tower with slide, swing and sandpit is also an ideal playground for children. In spring 2023, we redesigned the garden (raising the terrain, reseeding the lawn, pergola). The garden is now accessible via a footpath directly from the public car park. Bicycles, trailers and pushchairs can be parked in the garden in a wooden garage with a charging socket.
In January/February 2020 we completely renovated flat D (garden flat) (new kitchen with dishwasher, living room incl. furnishings, bathroom). All 3 beds are designed as fully-fledged cupboard beds.
Other living room equipment (living room 1): Writing desk, children's travel bed, various utensils for small children, such as high chair etc. are available
Other kitchen equipment (kitchen1): Dishwasher, fondue dishes, 6- and 2-burner raclette oven available in the house
Public car park: A public car park of the municipality is located approx. 50 m after Casa Rocca Bella, uphill on the right. This car park is subject to a charge (to be paid directly on site at the municipal police, parking zone Asco 7).
Service charges separate, to be paid directly to the landlady:

Pet per night: 5.00 optional
Tourist tax per night and person: 3.25
Ascona and surroundings: Ticino with its Mediterranean charm is the sunshine parlour of Switzerland. Ascona is wonderful for relaxing, swimming in Lake Maggiore (sandy beach) and hiking in the surrounding mountains and valleys. The area offers various cultural events, such as the film festival and music festival "Moon & Stars" in Locarno or the jazz festival and music festival weeks in Ascona. Whether for children, young or older adults - Ascona and the surrounding area has something for everyone!
