Eagle View Holiday Home is situated in Moone, a village in the south of County Kildare.
This self-catering holiday home is ideally located approximately 2 miles from Belan village and a 13-minute drive from the market town of Athy, where the River Barrow meets the Grand Canal.
Dublin city centre is approximately a one-hour drive. This holiday home is well suited to guests looking for a countryside setting, with the added benefit of a river running through the land, making it suitable for fishing in season.
The property also offers a private garden and outdoor space. EAGLE VIEW HOLIDAY HOME - 4 BEDROOMS - SLEEPS 6 This holiday home sleeps 6 people and has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
The accommodation is arranged on the ground floor. PROPERTY LAYOUT: Ground Floor: - Fully equipped kitchen - Living and dining room with seating, TV and open fire - Bedroom 1: Double bedroom with en-suite, sleeping 2 - Bedroom 2: Twin bedroom, sleeping 2 - Bedroom 3: Single bedroom, sleeping 1 - Bedroom 4: Single bedroom, sleeping 1 - Bathroom with shower - Bathroom with bath - Bed linen and towels supplied - Private garden with outdoor furniture - River access on site (fishing in season) - Non-smoking property LOCAL AREA AND TOURIST ATTRACTIONS The property is located close to Athy and within easy reach of a number of local attractions in County Kildare, including historic sites, golf courses and visitor attractions. THINGS TO DO IN THE LOCAL AREA: - Kilkea Castle - Kilkea Golf Course - The Curragh Racecourse - The Irish National Stud & Gardens - Horse Museum and Japanese Gardens - Kildare Village - Athy Boat Tours IMPORTANT NOTES 1. Heating and Electricity: This is an extra charge which is mostly payable to the Property Manager/Owner.
In some cases, energy is charged at a fixed daily rate or a rate per unit on the units consumed or you may be required to top up a pre-paid meter.

A lovely location to get away from the hussle and bussle. Easy to get to big towns etc from the accommodation
