No check-in after 8 p.m. Please write to me directly after your booking so that I can give you further details.This bright, 51 m2, very quietly located loft flat in a house with four residential units is the ideal starting point for your stay in the Ruhr area.It is suitable for holidaymakers, business people and, if booked in advance, also for students who have to spend a semester in another city.living spaceThe original layout of the flat has a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with bath and shower.in the sleeping area a double bed 1.8 m x 2.0 m with spacious walk-in wardrobe. The cosy living area is equipped with cable TV and WLAN.the dining area is directly adjacent to the fitted kitchen.due to the above equipment, the flat is also suitable for longer stays.we are regular apartment bookers ourselves and have therefore endeavoured to provide everything in the flat on offer that we have missed in booked apartments.access for guestsBed linen, towels, hairdryer are provided.
