Bright 2-room apartment approx 45m on the first floor (second mezzanine), in a quiet location in Surlej near the Corvatschbahn.
Entrée with small hall stand, shoe closet and sitting area.
Spacious living room (parquet floor) with a small niche for the dining table for four people, one armchair and two sofas with a sleeping possibility.
Access to the balcony with view towards the Corvatsch.
New kitchen with oven, dishwasher, microwave and water heater.
CHICCO D'ORO coffee machine.
Bedroom (parquet floor) with double bed (two mattresses 90x190), spacious closet, window overlooking the woods.
Bathroom with bath (shower curtain) / WC / sink.
Shared washroom and ski room.
No bike room.
Outside parking space.

Pets are not allowed. HOUSE DESCRIPTION The Chesa Rosatsch is located in the upper part of Surlej.
The sports shop Ski Service Corvatsch and public transport are located practically on the doorstep.

Wohnung sehr passend und gut eingerichtet. Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, ebenso Bad/WC.
Einziges Manko: Man hört vieles / alles von Nachbarn. Wenn Nachbarn kochen, dringt der Duft durch die undichte Wohnungstür.
Aber wir würden diese Wohnung wieder buchen.

Sehr gute Ausstattung (Küche, Wohnbereich), sehr gute Lage (direkte Busanbindung, Ortsbus bzw 5' Fussweg zu Bushaltestelle Foppas). Bzgl TV wäre es wünschenswert, wenn deutschsprachige Sender wie z.B. SRF verfügbar wären.
Hinweis: die Lüftung im Bad funktioniert nicht, sollte überprüft werden um Feuchtigkeitsprobleme im Bad zu vermeiden.

Dispiace sempre che, malgrado la presenza in appartamento di un televisore, lo stesso non è programmato su canali italofoni. Ho avuto lo stesso problema purtroppo già l'anno scorso. Quest'anno inoltre non ho neppure trovato dei canali in lingua francese. Peccato! Per fortuna avevo con me il mio piccolo tablet ...
