The check-in information was delivered an hour late probably due to the time change. It should have come at 15:00 but did not come until 16:00. It's a nicely remodeled unit in a historic building. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom/kitchen were fine. You can walk everywhere and food/shopping are just a few minutes away.
It's on the ground level, and while it has a good view of the beach, it has single-paned windows, so sometimes the traffic and people outside could get a little noisy, but it usually stopped by 11pm.
