Edinburgh is the perfect first stop on any Scottish journey, blending historic streets, cultural landmarks and excellent transport links with easy onward travel to the Highlands and beyond.
From this Newington location, guests can enjoy peaceful neighbourhood living while remaining within walking distance of The Meadows and the historic Royal Mile. Inside, the apartment feels bright, comfortable and thoughtfully styled, with carefully chosen furnishings and a welcoming ambiance that suits both short city breaks and longer stays.
Accommodating up to four adults (with an additional sofa bed for two children under 10), it’s ideal for families or couples beginning their Scottish adventure in Edinburgh. Surrounded by independent retailers, cafés and local restaurants, Newington offers a genuine neighbourhood feel, providing guests with an authentic taste of life in Scotland’s capital city before heading onward to explore the country’s lochs, glens and coastal landscapes. The Edinburgh Address Ltd manages bookings on behalf of the Property Owner. The property owner provides the accommodation. Booking Requirements - One member of the booking party must be over 25 years.
We require names and ages of all guests, as well as proof of address and ID of the lead guest. This is required within 2 days of booking. We will require the lead guest to sign a copy of our terms and conditions.
We reserve the right to vet any booking. This property is protected by Truvi (previously known as SuperHog), the digital trust platform that enables Hosts, Operators and Guests to confidently transact in the short-term rentals space. Please note that once you have booked, you will be contacted by Truvi directly to verify yourself and process a £250 deposit or £17.5 damage waiver.
The damage deposit pre-authorisation will incur a £5 fee. This Truvi verification must be completed two weeks prior to check-in. - Important - This apartment is not suitable for stag parties, hen parties or young single sex groups or parties. The Edinburgh address is the booking agent for the Property Owner.

We had a wonderful stay here for our week in Edinburgh! Amazing access to the University & all other areas of the city. We really enjoyed our stay here. The area is easily accessible on foot, by bus, or by taxi/Uber. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Booking was straightforward.
Host and managing company communications were clear and prompt with useful, friendly advice provided.
Access was clear and our arrival was straightforward.
The apartment was clean and bright.
The location was excellent for Summerhall and a short walk to the Meadows.
No problems with any Uber or Deliveroo drivers finding the apartment.
