Enjoy staying in this recently renovated fully equipped apartment close to main shopping areas, sights and restaurants! License: HUTB-016704-30 The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and there is an elevator in the building.
The apartment has soundproof windows, so there is not much noise from the outside.
The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests.
Spacious sunny living room with table and chairs, comfortable sofa and TV Main bedroom with a comfortable double bed Second bedroom with two single beds Two complete bathrooms (one en-suite) Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, kettle, microwave, toaster etc.) Washer, iron, ironing board Air Conditioning Heating WIFI Linen and towels provided Baby cot/crib upon request Elevator in the building Guests are provided with a 24-hour emergency number for any problems that may arise Guests are asked to call upon arrival to Barcelona Airport IIMPORTANT INFORMATION - Check-in from 15 p.m. - Check-out before 11 a.m. - The apartment is a non-smoking apartment. - Parties in the apartment are not allowed. - Additional charges: - Barcelona city tax 6.88€ per person per night (max 7 nights) *The City Hall has increased the city tax rate starting Apr 1st 2026.
The new rate is €13.75 per person per night. - Late check-in fee of 30€ after 21h and 60€ after midnight. - A 500€ security deposit will be charged at the check in, as a guarantee, and refunded at check-out - The guest agrees to respect the residents of neighbouring apartments and to avoid causing excessive noise at any point of the day.
If the above conditions are not fulfill it may result in an immediate eviction from the apartment. - If there is any kind of infraction related to noise after the 10 PM it could result in, not only, an intervention from Roomonitor, but also in a penalty of 500€.
