The booking of each Genteel Home accommodation includes the offer of extra experiences or activities to improve your experience, which are managed by external providers, who will inform you by e-mail or Whats App, and you can contract or refuse them.

If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference.

Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests.

We enjoyed the great location in Granada near the Cathedral, with great bars and restaurants nearby. The apartment is nicely decorated and kitchen was clean and well equipped. The of layout of the rooms was a little strange with one bedroom up a flight of stairs. Only complaints: bedroom door couldn’t close and tv remote didn’t work.

El apartamento está muy bien situado. Es amplio y bien iluminado, la única pega es el ruido ya que no está muy bien aislado. Tiene todo lo necesario para la estancia!

The place was nice at first glance but there were many issues, including two broken showers, a broken bed, and a faulty couch leg. The power went out once and the property manager was very intense about noise, yet did not alert my group about the construction happening early in the morning right next door.
