Information about the host
This cozy house (40 m2) for 2 to 3 people is quietly situated in the garden behind our house. It's located in St. Georgen, Freiburg's southernmost district. St. Georgen enjoys excellent connections to public transportation and is home to a lovely outdoor swimming pool. Several bakeries, delis, an organic grocery store, and a regular grocery store are all located in the immediate vicinity. The house was completely renovated and refurnished in 2013. The house is entered through the hallway/kitchen. Here you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, followed by a small living room/dining room with plenty of space for relaxing during your stay. The living room also has a sofa bed (1.18 m wide) for accommodating a third guest. Attached to the living/dining room is a spacious bedroom with two single beds. From there, you can enter the bathroom with shower/WC. Both beds are 90x200 cm. The duvet covers are the "comfortable size" of 155x220 cm. Parking is available directly in front of the house. In the interest of all our guests, please understand that the house is a non-smoking area. No smoking is allowed in the house or on the premises. The house is not suitable for workers here on short-term jobs or something similar. The garden is used by the landlord and not available to our guests.

Differing cancellation conditions
The guest can cancel free of charge until 2 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 90% of the price of the reservation if they cancel in the 2 days before arrival.

Important payment information and other conditions
No prepayment will be charged. Please note that the prices do not include the visitors' tax. This is payable separately on arrival.
