Description of the accommodation
Die ca. 81m2 große Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss eines gepflegten Mehrfamilienhauses und bietet bequem Platz für 6 Personen. (6. Person auf Schlafcouch) Unsere Gäste die wir dort begrüßen dürfen, kochen in einer hochwertigen Nobiliaküche und schlafen auf einer hervorragenden Kaltschaummatratze. Die Wohnung liegt Zentrumsnah und dennoch im Grünen. Öffentliche Parkplätze gibt es direkt vor der Haustüre. Die Wohnung ist über einen Aufzug zu erreichen, was das Einkaufen leicht und die Sicht von dem Balkon ins Grüne um so schöner macht. Die Wohnung hat einen Kabelanschluss und einen eigenen Internetzugang. In der Wohnung befindet sich ein großer 55" Fernseher. Die Küche ist ausgestattet mit Mikrowelle, Kühl-Gefrier-Kombination, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Wasserkocher und genügend Geschirr, Gläser, Besteck etc. Es handelt sich um eine Nichtraucherwohnung.
