This beautiful villa with private pool is minutes away from bustling Pattaya with its shopping centres, wonderful nightlife and beautiful beaches.

The villa is tastefully decorated and fully equipped, a large L-shaped living room (80m2), spacious kitchen (20m2), 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. The living room has a flat TV, large seating area and spacious dining table. The kitchen is equipped with a large refrigerator, ice machine, freezer, gas hob, rice cooker, toaster, coffee maker, microwave and washing machine.

The master bedroom has a walk-in wardrobe and an en suite bathroom with bathtub, separate shower and toilet. The other bedrooms each have a double bed with a private bathroom equipped with toilet and shower. (1 bedroom, does not have a private bathroom)

The living room opens onto a spacious terrace with a large table and chairs, a BBQ and fans for cooling.

At the pool you have an outdoor shower, sun beds and beach chairs at your disposal,
Adjacent is the large garden with tropical plants, palms and a gazebo.

The villa is located on a guarded compound on a through road with several supermarkets, local markets, delicious restaurants, pubs and cosy bars at walking distance. Also the hot bakery where you can buy fresh bread every morning is not lacking. (Transport is not necessary, everything within walking distance.

We can arrange a taxi for you from the airport, which will be waiting for you with a nameplate on arrival at the airport and will take you directly to the Villa (private driver).

On Arrival
On arrival we welcome you to the property, the beds are made for you and towels are provided, during your stay the property is cleaned daily, and every 6 nights we change the bedding and towels.

Electricity is excluded from the rent, we will read the meter with you on arrival, the cost is 8 Baht per kWh
