Right in front of the house there are public parking spaces available. The site is enclosed with a wooden gate to the front and a fence around the garden, and is therefore suitable for pets.

The house provides 70m² of living space and can accommodate five people. It consists of a spacious living room-kitchen with a sitting area, a dining area and a kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Despite the quiet location, there are many shops, restaurants and cafés near the house. It is 150 metres to the nearest sandy beach. There are two pretty little islands facing Preko. One has a Franciscan monastery. The other provides beautiful spots for swimming. It is half an hour by boat to Zadar.
