A charming, authentic, traditional late 18th-century farmhouse steeped in history, fully renovated, perched on a gentle hillside in a panoramic viewpoint, just a stone's throw from the "tranquil canal" linking Roanne to Digoin and the banks of the Loire, the "last wild river in Europe," protected as a "Natura 2000" site for its exceptional plant and animal biotope (fish, mammals, birds, amphibians, etc.), a migration, breeding, and nesting route for numerous species, some of them very rare.
Tranquility reigns in the heart of a small rural hamlet, nestled on the edge of pastures (home to peaceful Charolais cows in season), in the heart of the unspoiled Brionnais countryside (protected as a ZNIEFF for its rich flora and fauna), in a soothing landscape combining bucolic wooded hedgerows dotted with ponds and streams, and beautiful wild forests.

Ce gite est situe dans un endroit tranquil et spacieux. Il y a beaucoup de possibilites pour se promener et faire du velo. On fait toutes les courses a 6 kilometres. Le boulanger est encore un peu pres.Les proprietaires sont tres gentils. Nkus rentrons sans hesitation!

Alle Küchengeräte, tolles Sofa, gute Matratze, viele Sitzmöglichkeiten im wunderschönen Garten. Bäcker und Abfallplatz gleich im Dorf. Alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und toller Montagsmarkt nicht weit in Marciny.Lediglich das Badezimmer ist etwas schmal, aber es gibt sogar eine Badewanne.
