The Villas Fleurs de Canne are ideal for a relaxing holiday with family or friends! The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you the Villa Roseau in a calm and relaxing environment, with a view over the cane fields.
The villa has all the comforts you need for an unforgettable stay: 3 bedrooms, fully-equipped kitchen, linen provided, private swimming pool, terrace and garden. The 150 m² villa is set in 750 m² of enclosed grounds planted with trees, and has its own private swimming pool (6x3m): - Living room with sofa, TV (satellite channels), Wifi - Fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, toaster, hob, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, etc. - Air-conditioned bedroom 1 with Queen-size bed (160x200) - Air-conditioned bedroom 2 with Queen-size bed (160x200) - Bedroom 3 air-conditioned with Queen-size bed (160x200) - 2 shower rooms - 1 separate WC Outside area : - Large covered terrace, BBQ. - Garden area - Private swimming pool The villa is ideally located in Saint-François, in a very pleasant environment.
All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by. Neighbourhoods and activities : - Grocery shop and petrol station - Shops and market in Saint-François - Around 5 km from one of Guadeloupe's most beautiful beaches - Water sports activities - Pointe des Châteaux, a magnificent peninsula A wide range of sporting and cultural activities: - Golf, tennis, water sports (marina nearby) - Walking, cycling or hiking - Casino Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private parking space. As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful: - 5 min by car from the town of Saint-François. - 15 min from the Pointe des Châteaux site. - Nearest airport: Pointe-à-Pitre airport, about 45 minutes by car. Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels provided. - Cot available on request. - 1ᵉʳ breakfast included. - Presence of surveillance cameras outside the house (terrace and garden). Only operate when the villa is unoccupied. - End of stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.

Villa Roseau "Correcte, surtout après le cochemard des Saintes
🙂 Difficulté à trouver l'adresse, avons du téléphoner pour qu'on vienne nous chercher Accueil sympathique avec un petit planteur au frigo. Inventaire rapide et fonctionnement des appareils par un monsieur.
