The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency is offering this splendid house for rent, which can comfortably accommodate 5 guests, situated in a quiet location in the centre of Bordeaux.
It has two large bedrooms.
You can enjoy a large, secluded garden as well as a private parking space.
Whether you’re spending a few days or a few weeks in Bordeaux, whether for business or for a holiday or weekend break, don’t miss the chance to stay in this unique property! This magnificent house is set in peaceful, leafy surroundings. 4* hotel-quality bed linen and towels are provided, and your bed will be made upon arrival.
Tea towels and bath mats are also provided. With a floor area of 95 m², the accommodation is laid out as follows: - A sitting area with a sofa and TV - A dining area with a table and chairs - A fully equipped open-plan kitchen featuring, amongst other things: a Nespresso machine, Wi-Fi, a walk-in shower, a TV and a dishwasher… - A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200) - A bathroom with a shower, washbasin and mirror On the lower level: - A large bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200) and a single bed (90x200) - A bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet The flat is ideally situated in Bordeaux, in a very pleasant neighbourhood.
You’ll have easy access to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and the market… When staying at L’Arcachonnaise, you’re in the centre of Bordeaux, a 5-minute walk from Tram Line A (Hôtel de Police stop), and just 4 stops from Place Pey Berland with its famous cathedral.
On foot, you’re 1 km from Rue Sainte-Catherine, Europe’s longest pedestrianised street, and 1.5 km from Bordeaux’s historic quarter with all its restaurants and bars. Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private car park As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful: - Nearest railway station: Bordeaux railway station, about 10 minutes’ drive away (2.8 km) - Nearest airport: Bordeaux Airport, about 25 minutes’ drive away (12 km) - Tram line A (Hôtel de Police stop) is a 5-minute walk away. - Vcub station (bike hire) is 3 minutes away - Bordeaux SNCF railway station can be reached in under 25 minutes by bus line 1 Other notes: - Free Wi-Fi available (fibre optic) - Pets are not permitted in the accommodation - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests.

Établissement proche du centre. Calme, lumineux. Place de parc dans la propriété.
Commerces et transports publics faciles d’accès. Très bon rapport qualité/prix. Idéal pour 4 à 5 personnes.

A 7 star experience -it lacks nothing we would happily revisit.
Lovely central yet quiet location with very secure off street parking.
You could be in the country yet you are only 10/15 minutes walk to the buzzing centre of Bordeaux.

Sehr schönes Haus mit eigenem Pkw-Stellplatz im Innenhof. Großzügiges Wohnzimmer mit offener komplett ausgestatteter Küche inkl. Spülmaschine und kleiner Vorrat an Kaffeepads. Zwei Schlafräume jeweils mit Bad, ein großer Schlafraum mit Zusatzbett liegt im Souterrain, deshalb etwas dunkler.
Große Terrasse mit Sitzgelegenheit im Garten.
Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen.
