Cocoonr agency offers you to rent, in Bordeaux, this superb studio apartment, located in a 19ᵉ century stone building, in the heart of Bordeaux, in the Pey Berland district, offers you all the comfort and contemporary charm for an exceptional stay in Bordeaux.
Located on the 4ᵉ floor (no lift), with a surface area of 22 m² and able to accommodate up to 2 travellers, it consists of a living room, kitchen and shower room. 4* hotel-quality linen is provided, with beds made up on arrival.
We're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises - A beautiful living room with sofa, coffee table and TV. - A double bed (140x190) - An open-plan kitchen with appliances including electric kettle, toaster, hob, fridge, microwave, etc. - Bathroom with shower - Separate toilet The flat is ideally located in Bordeaux, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Area and activities : - Just a short walk from Rue Sainte-Catherine, Place Pey Berland and the Saint Michel district.
You'll find all the shops, restaurants and bars you need. - Below the building is the Musée d'Aquitaine, which houses objects and documents relating to the history of Bordeaux and Aquitaine, from prehistory to the present day.
Administratively, it groups together the Centre Jean Moulin de Bordeaux and the Musée Goupil, whose collection it preserves. - Other districts in the historic centre: Saint-Pierre, Sainte-Colombe, Saint-Michel and Sainte-Croix - Flea markets (Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and especially Sunday mornings) or second-hand dealers.
Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the Pey Berland car park, 100 metres away.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful: - Nearest train station: Bordeaux train station, about 12 minutes by car (2.6 km) - Nearest airport: Bordeaux airport, about 35 minutes by car (12.9 km) - Tramway B (stop ‘Musée d'Aquitaine’) at the foot of the flat takes you directly to the Cité du Vin in 15 min. - Vcub station at the foot of the building, e1.60 for 24 hours Other remarks : - This flat is equipped with wifi connection - Pets are not allowed in the flat - Cleaning is included in your stay, and you will find 4* hotel quality linen at your disposal, with the beds made up on your arrival. - All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception.

La Suite Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce studio. Bien aménagé et avec tout le matériel nécessaire pour ne manquer de rien. Il y avait même plus que ce qui était précisé dans la description car nous avons trouvé un fer à repasser bien pratique. Le seul petit bémol serait la porte des toilettes qui ne ferme pas bien.

La Suite Great little apartment, well laid out, modern, had everything we needed for 4 nights in Bordeaux. Coffee pods and machine were a lovely touch. We loved the sky light and the electric blinds that go with it, bright during the day and pitch black for early summer mornings.
