Nice apartment in a building with communal pool (open from June to October) 700 m from one of the most beautiful beaches of Roses (Cala de Canyelles Petites) and 2,000 m from the center of Roses, capacity for 2/4 people.
To access the flat it is necessary to go down one floor on foot, and it is distributed in: * One bedroom with double bed (150 cm). * Dinning room with Italian sofa bed (140 cm), Wi-Fi and TV (Spanish channels and TNT SAT for French channels) and air conditioning. * American kitchen fully equipped (washing machine, microwave, electric coffee maker, toaster, oven ...) * Bathroom with bath and bidet. * Beautiful south facing terrace with stunning views of the bay of Roses and the sea (180 °) * Private parking space for each apartment.
Located 10 minutes walk from the Canyelles beach (natural beach of fine sand with 5 beach restaurants, a supermarket and bakery open seasonally).
Located 20–30 minutes walking from the center of Roses, where you will find a variety of shops, supermarkets and its large sandy beach.
Roses is an active city throughout the year.
It offers activities and attractions that are very varied and interesting for all types of travellers.
Drive a kart, enjoy a day at the water park, play mini golf, boat trips to Cap de Creus or Cadaqués, the tourist train for a walk, visit the Salvador Dalí Museum in Figueras, an immersion in the Medes Islands nature reserve, animations in summer, walk along the promenade with many restaurants and its local specialities.
Not to mention the nice rest on the sandy beach.

Vielen lieben Dank an Xavi und seine Frau, die mich an einem Feiertag eingesammelt haben und mich sogar zum Appartement gefahren und anschließend an einem Supermarkt raus gelassen haben 🙏 das war ein schöner Start in den Urlaub. Das Appartement war wunderschön mit einer megaaaa Aussicht 🤩 ich komme wieder… vielen Dank! 5 ⭐️ von mir!!!

Cadre exceptionnel. Situation peut être difficile pour personnes en difficulté de se déplacer (beaucoup de hauteur, de marches et éloignement du centre). Confort prévoir des cintres car aucun support pour vêtements. Tres bon accueil ns profitons pour remercier xavier.
