Enjoy an enchanting stay not far from the famous Rock of Monaco! Relax on your balcony after a day of discovery and admire the splendid panorama of Monaco's bay!
After a day of discovery, from the Japanese garden to a quiet moment on Larvotto beach, and before heading off to the Casino, take the path linking the coast and the residence to your flat, where you'll find all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay: a bright living room, a dining area, a modern, fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large balcony with outdoor furniture and access to a shared swimming pool on the roof of the residence.
Bed linen and towels provided. The flat: Located on the 5th floor with lift, the flat is as follows: Day area: - A very bright living room furnished with a corner sofa, a coffee table, a flat-screen TV as well as direct access to the balcony! You'll also have access to Netflix and Prime Video. - A modern kitchen, open to the living area, with a raised central island with a work surface area and a dining area with 4 seats.
The kitchen is fully equipped: fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, microwave, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, wine glasses, champagne glasses... Sleeping area: - Bedroom 1: queen-size bed with mattress topper (160 cm x 200 cm), TV, Apple TV, wardrobe and access to balcony. - Bedroom 2: double sofa bed with mattress topper, chair, desk with 32-inch computer screen and cot. - Two shower rooms.
A washing machine and hairdryer are also available. - Two WCs. Exterior: - A large 20 m² balcony facing south-east with a splendid view over the bay of Monaco and the surrounding hills! It is furnished with garden furniture and an outdoor table and chairs for enjoying lunch while admiring the panorama! - A swimming pool shared with the other residents of the building is available on the roof of the building, accessible by lift.
Parents are entirely responsible for their children's swimming. Nearby: - Larvotto beach 1.2 km away (17-minute walk). - Monte Carlo Casino 1.2 km away (17 minutes by car). - Port of Monaco 2.2 km away (11 minutes by car). - The Princess Grace Rose Garden is 4.3 km (12 minutes by car) away. - Monaco Rock at 3.2 km (12 minutes by car). - Nice is 23.8 km away (32 minutes by car). Activities : - Walk on the famous Rock of Monaco with its breathtaking view, in the gardens of the city (Roserais Princesse Grace, Jardin Exotique, Japonais). - Sightseeing: the Prince's Palace, the Oceanographic Museum, the Automobile Museum, the Monte Carlo district, Saint-Nicolas Cathedral, the Port of Monaco, animal park, etc. - Take advantage of the activities on the coast: boat cruises, water sports, relaxing on the beaches. - Monaco Grand Prix, Monte Carlo Tournament, Monte Carlo Rally, Cannes Festival... Public transport : - Bus Réseau Zest: "Guynemer" stop in front of the building entrance to Monaco, Menton. - Monaco-Monte Carlo SNCF train station located 1.8 km away (23 minutes on foot). - Nice Côte d'Azur airport 29 km away (33 minutes by car). Neighbourhood : This quiet, pleasant residence is ideally located in Beausoleil, just a stone's throw from the beach and has a staircase leading directly down to Monaco.
You'll be close to all amenities: bakery, butcher's shop, mini-market, boutiques, wine shops, restaurants, bars, etc. Other comments: - Extra cleaning according to covid disinfection protocol. - Bed linen and towels provided. - Baby kit available (cot with changing table, baby mattress topper, baby bath, high chair, Beaba BabyCook). - Swimming pool opening times and regulations are subject to the residence's instructions. - All requests for arrivals or departures outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the concierge.
A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
Arrival between 7pm and midnight = €40, after midnight = €90 (request and payment to our on-site service provider). - Please do not leave any marks on the walls of the accommodation. Please do not hesitate to contact us for further information.

Monaco à pied "Nous avons passé un super séjour dans ce logement. La vue est magnifique et conforme aux photos présentées. Idéal pour visiter Monaco et les villes proches !
Appartement très bien équipé ! Et hôte réactif !
Seul bémol la piscine n’était pas propre pendant la durée du séjour et nous n’avons pas pu en profiter …"

Monaco à pied Když jsme se prijeli ubytovat tak paní hostitelka mela už jinou práci, nebrala telefony a ani si neskontrolovala že minulí nájemníci nevrátili klíce od brány, cekali jsme 2 hodiny na ulici na jakoukoliv odpoved. Hostitel nereaguje, klíce od brány jsme dostali až za 2 dny ikdyž nám asi ...

Monaco à pied Very nice. Warm, clean, well appointed in good location. Slight problem upon leaving as the lock box had been moved due to road works. (Not mine or the hosts fault however I was told in no uncertain terms I had to fix the problem) I did.
