A lovely holiday property set on Loch Tay, giving stunning views, ideal for fishing, walking, cycling and exploring all that Scotland has to offer.. Ground Floor:

Located in the pretty highland Perthshire village of Fearnan on the north side of Loch Tay, this is the perfect location for couples and friends to enjoy a relaxing holiday and leave the stresses of every day behind.
With panoramic views of Loch Tay and the surrounding Perthshire countryside, This end-terrace cottage has been designed to make the most of these with the contemporary, spacious open plan living space on the first floor.
The kitchen area is fitted with quality appliances and is well equipped to prepare a family meal.
The large dining table and a cosy seating area overlook Loch Tay and patio doors lead onto your balcony where on warmer evening you can enjoy pre dinner drinks or star gaze.
Guests have access to the pier and shared use of the loch beach on the shoreside for launching kayaks or small dingies. The conservation village of Fortingall, home of the oldest living tree in Britain, the Fortingall Yew is just 2 miles and if you are feeling energetic you can walk over the hill.
Just 5 miles is the conservation village of Kenmore which has a shingle beach at the loch side and great views down the loch.
Guests can enjoy water sports, loch cruises and there is a friendly local shop and post office, café, deli, restaurants and the oldest inn in Scotland.
Croft na Caber Centre, a reconstruction of an Iron Age stilt dwelling, is built over the water and is well worth a visit.
There are activities and events throughout the year and Kenmore hosts a traditional ceremony each January to mark the opening of the salmon season on the Tay. This area is well known for outdoor activities, lots of walking and climbing opportunities are available, and for the energetic Ben Lawers (Perthshire’s highest mountain) can be attempted.
At the far end of the loch is Killin and the Falls of Dochart, and a superb drive from here to the Bridge of Balgie leads to the top of Glen Lyon, the longest glen in Scotland.
Golf is widely available throughout the region as well as horse riding, quad biking, cycling and wildlife spotting with golden eagles, peregrine falcons and ospreys regular visitors.
The Bothy is a good location for exploring further afield, and Pitlochry and Perth can be reached within an hours’ drive and Glasgow and Edinburgh are within 2 hours.
