Detached house with private pool, located close to the sea and shops.
The CAMÓS villa offers 105 m² of living space, distributed over the ground floor and the upper floor.
On the ground floor, there is an air-conditioned double living-dining room with a fireplace, an independent kitchen with access to a terrace, a bedroom with a double bed and built-in wardrobe, a bathroom with a small bathtub and toilet, and a laundry room.
On the first floor, there is a bedroom with a single bed, a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with a bathtub and toilet, and another air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed and access to a terrace with a partial sea view, as well as a second sunny terrace.
Outside, you’ll find a long swimming pool (11 m x 2.50 m) with a relaxing area on one side, and on the other, a barbecue area and a space for enjoying summer meals with family or friends.
The villa has air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms, as well as Wi-Fi and international TV channels.

Locatie was top, want strand, boulevard en winkels op loopafstand.
Zwembad bij de villa.
Villa was verouderd en bij aankomst was de vrouw chagrijnig en sprak bijna geen Engels.
En er was geen waterkoker/ fluitketel.
Lugar ideal para familia espacioso y muy cerca de la playa
