Apartments centrally located on the riverside park with a view of the lake The accommodation is located directly in front of the lakeside park in the center of Friedrichshafen. The apartments are ideal for traveling without a car and exploring Lake Constance without a car. The train station, bus station, ferry, catamaran to Constance and excursion boats are just a few minutes' walk away. The apartments are located on the 3rd floor of an apartment building with a view of Lake Constance and the mountains. The house was thoroughly modernized in 2019/2020. The location directly on the lake makes for a relaxing stay. There are many bars, restaurants and cafés within walking distance, especially along the beautiful lakeside promenade. The apartment's location makes it an ideal starting point for a wide range of excursions around the lake. Even when the weather is bad, Friedrichshafen has plenty to offer, for example with its excellent museums and the new sports pool. The apartments are located in the center of Friedrichshafen in the immediate vicinity of the train station, bus station, ferry, catamaran and excursion boats. Free parking is available approx. 700 m away. Loading and unloading at the house is of course possible.

Conditions/extras
A deposit of 10% of the total price is due within 14 days of booking. The remaining amount is to be paid no later than 14 days before arrival. Payment is made by bank transfer. Cancellation conditions: Cancellation is free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. From 14 days before arrival 90% of the total price will be charged. De mooie omgeving
Het huis, op de bank zat je op de veren en bed was ook niet goed en smerig matras de afzuiger was ook heel vies en verder was het huis aan een grote opknapbeurt toe.
Alleen de keuken was gerenoveerd.
En bij het bad liep het water niet zo goed weg.
Ik vond het veel te duur voor wat het was.
Wij wisten ook niet dat het overal betaald parkeren was dat stond er ook niet bij.

Die Lage war für unsere Zwecke optimal( Stadt und Wasser)
Der Balkon war verdreckt( Vogelkot), die Türen konnte man nicht schließen und der/ die Handwerker haben schlampig gearbeitet( Fußboden, Steckdosen)...

Die Ferienwohnung hat eine schöne Aussicht auf den Bodensee und ist hell und geräumig, die Innenausstattung entspricht den Fotos, es gibt viel Stauraum.
Sie liegt sehr zentral, Bahnhof, Uferpromenade, Schiffsanleger, Innenstadt mit Geschäften und Restaurants, Supermarkt, Post, Zeppelinmuseum u.a. si...
Das WLAN war etwas langsam.
