Beautiful, well-kept 78 square metre holiday flat for 4 - 6 people on the 2nd floor of an apartment building. The house is located in the upper part of the village, a 15-minute walk from the village centre. 100 metres from the bus stop and an excellent bakery. Leukerbad has a picturesque village centre, 2 mountain railways (Gemmi and Torrent), several thermal baths, a well-equipped sports centre and many shops and restaurants.
The house has a lift and the flat has a single garage. There are also 9 parking spaces on both sides of the house. Shared use of the garden seating area. In the basement there is a ski room and a communal laundry room.
The living room and bedrooms were renovated and refurnished in 2021.
The two bedrooms each have a double bed, 2 bedside tables and a wardrobe. In the living room there is a sofa bed for 2 more people. The kitchen has a ceramic hob with 4 hotplates, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine (Nespresso), toaster, fondue set, raclette oven. The bathroom has a toilet, bathtub with shower, washbasin with mirror, hairdryer, rack and a small cupboard.
In the living room there is a pull-out sofa, 2 comfortable armchairs and space for 8 people at the dining table. Flat-screen TV with cable reception, free internet (WLAN), some games, extensive documentation on activities or hikes. Entrance area with open wardrobe, cupboard (cleaning materials, hoover, iron and ironing board).
From our south-facing balcony (with folding table and garden chairs) you can see as far as the Rhone valley or over to the rock face (Gemmi) and from our east-facing balcony (with folding table and electric barbecue in the summer months) up to the Torrentbahnen ski area.
We will provide you with a guest card with the following benefits: Free local and regional bus, sports arena (tennis, squash, badminton, minigolf, table tennis, billiards, ice skating, climbing wall, fitness room), snow park and some events. 10% discount on ski passes and admission to thermal baths, 15% discount on Lötschberg car transport.
