Balcony and terrace well exposed at the back of the cottage (access by the bedrooms).
Private enclosed courtyard (electric plancha, 2 deckchairs, garden furniture). Plenty of free parking nearby.
The 2nd level of the house is very rarely occupied (shared staircase in the house serving level 1 and 2 by landing).
