We have used this cottage complex a number of times over the last few years. The location is perfect for a bit of downtime and is very quiet. We stayed in Graham again, which is well equipped. There is definitely an improvement in the Wi-Fi connection which is a plus. The only downside for us is that the main lounge seating is not as comfortable as it once was.

A very nice place to stay and use as a touring base for a rather nice area of the East Midlands. Nice to see kites and buzzards flying past the back garden!
