Located in the town of Eckbolsheim, about 7.5 km from Strasbourg, L'Audacieuse is a beautiful house typical of the region ready to welcome you all year round.
With its 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, garden and swimming pool, it is fully equipped and will be perfect for a family on a leisure break or for employees on a business trip. Linen provided, wifi, ideal location near all shops, everything has been thought of for your comfort.
Accommodation
Decorated and fitted out in a rustic spirit, mixing wooden furniture, exposed beams and tiles, the house of 170m² spreads over 2 levels and is composed as follows
Ground floor
- A bright living room with a TV lounge and a convivial dining table for 6 people.
- A functional and fully equipped kitchen: fridge, dishwasher, oven, gas hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, Senseo coffee machine... A second dining area is available: table with bench and chairs.
- A shower room with shower, washbasin and towel dryer.
1st floor
- Two double bedrooms with double beds and storage space for your clothes
- One bedroom with a single bed for a child, teenager or adult (90x200)
- A bathroom with double washbasin.
- Separate WC
Outside
- You can enjoy the garden of about 200m² and a terrace of 30m², facing south. The garden is enclosed and has a table and chairs for 6 people, an electric barbecue.
- The covered swimming pool can be used from May to September, under favourable weather conditions (not heated).
- Possibility to park two vehicles in the inner courtyard.
Other equipment: washing machine, cot and high chair.
Neighbourhood
Ideally located in a very pleasant area in the centre of the village, close to all the shops within 500m: bakery, butcher's, supermarket, florist, bank, pharmacy...
Sightseeing: Strasbourg, Palais de l'Europe, Mont St-Odile, Château du Haut Koenigsbourg, Europa Parc amusement park (shuttle bus from Strasbourg), wine route, Baden Baden thermal baths, Parc Ste Croix...
Activities: cycling, karting, climbing, tree climbing, laser park...
Transport
Bicycle, bus, tram are at 5 min walk.
You will be at the train station in 15 minutes and at the airport in 20 minutes by car.

- You will be warmly welcomed by the owners who will be happy to give you their good advice.
- Pets are allowed on request, please specify when booking.
- Cleaning at the end of your stay includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.

Nous avons passé un super week-end de 4 jours dans cette jolie maison où il règne une très belle atmosphère. Les parties extérieurs sont très agréable. Les hôtes sont très accueillant et très sympathique. Très proche de Strasbourg . Génial comme séjour

L'Audacieuse "🙂 Lå godt, dejligt med en god pool samt overdækket terrasse. Tæt på indkøb, og bager,slagter lå indenfor 300 meter.
🙁 Der var desværre rigtig mange myg (også tigermyg) - desuden noget støj fra fly der fløj lige over huset til/fra lufthavnen i Strasbourg."
