Our modern holiday home, completed in early 2021, is located in the immediate vicinity of the Roman Museum in a quiet residential area in Haltern am See.The town centre, with a variety of individual shops, restaurants and cafés, is only a good kilometre away and invites you to stroll around and stop for a bite to eat.Situated directly on the Römer-Lippe-Route as well as on the 100-Schlösser-Route, we are an ideal starting point for numerous bicycle tours. Hiking enthusiasts appreciate the local recreation areas Hohe Mark, the Haard or the Westruper Heide.Other recreational opportunities include the lidos on the southern shore of the reservoir and the Silbersee II. A pedal boat or canoe rental at the reservoir, canoeing on the Lippe, a climbing park, beer gardens as well as several recreational and animal parks complete the offer around Haltern am See.

If you are looking for a holiday flat for two or a whole holiday home for up to 6 people, then you have come to the right place! The holiday home has a holiday flat (51 m2) for 2 people (plus infant up to 3 years) on the ground floor.If you are travelling with up to 6 people, you will stay over 2 floors with a total of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Kitchen with large dining area (incl. oven, microwave, dishwasher), shower room, living room, bedroom (1) with box spring double bed, cot (up to 3 years)

1st floor
Bedroom (2) with 2 single beds, bedroom (3) with box spring double bed, living room, shower room.

An additional package of towels and bed linen can be booked.The flat must be booked 3 days in advance. Short-term bookings only on request!For bookings with 2 persons, only one accommodation unit is automatically rented (51m²), if you want to book both accommodation units (103m²) for two persons, the price increases. Please let us know when booking. The following prices apply: 1-2 persons or 1 bedroom = 70 EUR / only ground floor / 50 EUR final cleaning 3-4 persons or 2 bedrooms = 100 EUR / + 1st floor / 90 EUR final cleaning 5-6 persons or 3 bedrooms = 120 EUR / + 1st floor / 90 EUR final cleaning
