Street parking is free from 7:00 PM to 9:00 AM, as well as on Sundays and public holidays. Q-Park Bord'eau Village car park located 150 metres away (paid parking). 🌆 LOCATION & NEIGHBORHOOD You will be staying on Cours de la Martinique, in the heart of the Chartrons district; the former wine merchants' quarter, now one of the most sought-after areas of Bordeaux with its independent boutiques, wine bars and trendy restaurants.
The cours itself, inaugurated in 1907, is lined with superb buildings featuring eclectic early 20th-century facades. From Mérignac Airport: tram F to Hôtel de Ville then tram B to Cours du Médoc (stop 100 metres away). From Gare Saint-Jean: tram C or D to Hôtel de Ville then tram B to Cours du Médoc (stop 100 metres away). 📝 HOUSE RULES Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.
We have a zero-tolerance policy on this matter. Please be mindful of other residents' peace and quiet, and keep the property clean and tidy as you would your own home.

Un bel appartement dans un beau quartier de Bordeaux. Des restaurants, des magasins (Carrefour City), la Garonne et une station de tram à proximité. les instructions pour le check-in et check-out étaient claires.
