Beautiful apartment in residential area, 200 meters from the pedestrian streets of the old town and its shops
Housing
The apartment is located in the residential centre of Annecy, ideally placed to do everything on foot without a difference in altitude.
2 minutes walk from the old town, 5 minutes walk from the SNCF train station, 10 minutes walk from the lake by pedestrian.
The accommodation, equipped with a TV opens onto a terrace of 8m².
The room is equipped with a double bed 140x200 cm (Double).
Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, traditional oven, microwave oven, induction hob, freezer, raclette machine, kettle and Dolce Gusto coffee machine.
Washing machine in the bathroom.
Ironing board and iron available.
Linen will be provided for your stay. (sheets & towels)
High-speed WiFi and fiber are available in the apartment.

🧳To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.
Good to know: The road along the residence is very busy during tourist peaks.
Important: the apartment is non-smoking.
Many restaurants and shops are within walking distance.
Unmistakable atmosphere of the Sunday morning market in the old town.
The last Saturday morning of every month, flea market in the old town for chinkers and curious.
Bike rental nearby. A superb bike path goes all around the lake.
Annecy, capital of Haute-Savoie, nestled on the shores of its lake in a mountain setting, is known for the quality of its environment and its quality of life.
Enjoying a remarkable site downstream of the lake, it has managed to maintain its architectural and historical heritage, rehabilitate its old quarters, to restore all their transparency to the waters of the lake by works often cited as an example and bloom its canals to which it owes its name of "Venice of the Alps".
Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.
After 9pm, if a stand-alone arrival solution cannot be found, an additional € 20 will be charged.
If the accommodation is available earlier we will be happy to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed the same day.
In the same way on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be allowed if the accommodation is not picked up the same evening.
