Located in the historic centre of Annecy, Rue du Paquier, 150m from Lake Annecy, the Théâtre Bonlieu, a 5-minute walk from the train station and close to all shops.
You will reach the Lake and the Paquier (large expanse of grass on the edge of the lake) in less than 2 minutes on foot: only 150 m separate the apartment from the Lake!
In a historic building, discover a charming apartment, completely renovated ideal for 2 people and can accommodate up to 4 people, 1 bedroom 1 bathroom with toilet.
Please note: the apartment is located on the 3rd floor without an elevator on a pedestrian street. The calm of your nights will be ensured by double glazing.
The room is equipped with a double bed 140x200 cm (Double).
The living room offers a sofa bed 140x200 cm (Double) as well as a second TV with international channels and possibility to connect to Netflix.
Fully equipped kitchen with Senseo coffee machine. The apartment is also equipped with a washing machine, high speed WiFi
Linen will be provided for your stay.
The accommodation is on the 3rd floor with elevator.
🅿️The nearest car park is the City Hall car park located 5 minutes walk from the accommodation.
Many restaurants and shops within walking distance; you can move on foot throughout your stay (2 car parks nearby: Hôtel de Ville and Bonlieu less than 200 m).
Bike rental nearby (a superb bike path runs around the lake)
The apartment is located in a pedestrian street. Parking is possible in the nearby streets (paying during the day but free in the evening and on Sundays) or at the underground car parks Sainte Claire or Bonlieu.
Breakfast delivery possible from € 9,90 / person/ day.
Annecy, capital of Haute-Savoie, nestled on the shores of its lake in a mountain setting, is known for the quality of its environment and its quality of life.
Enjoying a remarkable site downstream of the lake, it has managed to maintain its architectural and historical heritage, rehabilitate its old quarters, to restore all their transparency to the waters of the lake by works often cited as an example and bloom its canals to which it owes its name of "Venice of the Alps".
Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.
After 9pm, if a stand-alone arrival solution cannot be found, an additional € 20 will be charged.
If the accommodation is available earlier we will be happy to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed the same day.
In the same way on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be allowed if the accommodation is not picked up the same evening.
🧳To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.

Top Lage. Leider ist es unmöglich mit offenem Fenster zu schlafen. Der Lärmpegel von den Gästen in den Restaurants ist sehr hoch.
Bei geschlossenem Fenster ist es aber kein Problem.
Wir verbrachten 4 wunderbare Tage in Annecy.

À 2 min du lac, dans la partie piétonne de la ville à proximité du marché de Noël. Séjour Top.
Néanmoins la conciergerie est moins réactive qu’annoncé.
Appartement conforme à la description situé idéalement dans le Vieux Annecy, tout à disposition.....
