A delightful holiday cottage attached to the owner's home and surrounded by beautiful open countryside and long-distance views, ideally situated on the outskirts of the thriving village of Ashendon.
Comfortably furnished throughout to provide accommodation suitable for a romantic break or family getaway, this Ashendon cottage boasts stunning panoramic views.
The cosy beamed sitting room at this Ashendon cottage offers a warming open fire and door to the rear garden, while the kitchen houses an AGA, making this cosy room the heart of the house.
Linger over a home-cooked breakfast in the dining area, as you take in the views of the surrounding countryside, or sit outside with a coffee and the paper, and relax in the large garden, complete with furniture, BBQ and many fruit trees.
The village of Cuddington has a shop, pub and Post Office set around the village green.
The ancient market town of Aylesbury is steeped in history, boasting a cobbled square and The Roald Dahl Museum and Story Centre, whilst a little further afield the Chilterns offer many lovely walks and cycle routes.

Orchard Cottage is a lovely cottage in Ashendon, sleeping four people in two bedrooms, a double and a twin. There is also a ground floor shower room, a first floor bathroom a kitchen with AGA, and a sitting room with dining area and open fire. Outside, there is off road parking, lockable bike storage, and a shared lawned garden with fruit trees. Orchard Cottage is a great base for a family break in beautiful Buckinghamshire.

Great place to stay in a lovely countryside with a wonderful view.
We have appreciate the patio where we can enjoy the view on the lovely countryside; the silence, only the birds songs and the cows in the fields.
The cottage was comfortable and the kitchen was very well furnished.
Perhaps one thing to change : a dishwasher would be more usefull than a washing machine

We have been going to Orchard Cottage for many years and have always had a warm welcome from Richard and Venessa. The cottage is very comfortable and the views are beautiful. We always look forward to returning each year.
