Rustle up an evening meal within the spacious kitchen, where the designated chef will be delighted with the quality appliances and the charming flag-stone floors, before unwinding within the cosy sitting room of a winter’s evening.
Continuing to impress is an elegant bathroom, where you can dip into a warming bath tub or take a refreshing shower before heading out for the day. Retire of an evening with one of two well-presented bedrooms, comprising of a double and a twin, each boasting a welcoming ambiance for a peaceful night’s sleep.
During the warmer months, you and your loved ones can soak up the sun within the spacious, south-facing courtyard, or simply let the dog stretch his legs.
Despite its secluded location, you will find a traditional pub within a 10-minute walk and a shop within a 10-minute drive.
The area plays host to a wealth of attractions and amenities to suit of the family, such attractions include exploring the Neolithic and Bronze Age stone monuments, The Rollright Stones and the Broughton Castle.
If you are visiting if younger guests they will be delighted with Whichford Pottery centre, Fairytale Farm and Waterfowl Sanctuary.

Little Barn is a detached barn conversion found in Ascott, Warwickshire. It has been renovated from a stone barn into a stylish country cottage overlooking farm fields. Inside has exposed beams, solid pine doors and a flagstone floors. Inside has a large living room with an open-plan fitted kitchen and dining area. There is a double bedroom and a twin bedroom with a separate bathroom and WC. Outside is a large and secure gravelled courtyard with large pots of flowers and garden furniture. There is parking available at the property. Little Barn is an excellent property for those countryside lovers.
Note: WiFi has limited connection, suitable for checking emails but slow when downloading.
Note: There is a landline in the property which is chargeable at the end of the stay direct to the owner.

it was the second time we stayed at the cottage because we love it so much.
you can go the whole day visiting places knowing that you can come back to
the cottage where it is so peaceful.
the owners are very kind and allways there when you need them.
Hopefully we can come back next year

What a property and what a holiday. Property was very well catered for and if you have any questions owners are close by to help. The location is superb close enough to amenities but far enough away for peace and tranquility. Numerous walks available and if you have a dog they will definitely enjoy.

Lovely accommodation it had everything you need for a relaxing stay and to be a home away from home. Very comfortable and nice and quiet. The views from the windows were stunning, especially seeing the sheep in the field on a daily basis. Central to all attractions. Would very much recommend.
