The residential complex features a swimming pool (open during the summer season), as well as a range of leisure facilities: two tennis courts, a pétanque court, table tennis tables and a multi-sports court. The flat is fully equipped to provide you with all the comforts you need and make you feel right at home: Wi-Fi, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee machine, as well as complimentary coffee capsules on arrival… Ideally situated on the hills above Cassis, the “Terre Marine” residential complex enjoys a prime location, away from the hustle and bustle of the town centre whilst remaining just a few minutes’ drive from all amenities. The residence is accessible by car, with on-site parking available, and several walking trails leading to the calanques start nearby, offering breathtaking nature walks. Transport: - If you’re coming by car, you can park in the private car park at the residence. - You can reach Marseille via the La Marcouline M6 route (via the A50 motorway) and the La Marcouline M8 route (via La Gineste – D559). - By car or motorbike, you can also reach La Ciotat via the famous Route des Crêtes, which offers exceptional views of the cliffs and the sea. - The airport is about a 45-minute drive away. Appartement très bien situé et agencé.
Par contre de nombreuses choses sont à revoir : les volets à moitié cassés, le lave vaisselle qui ne lave pas, un évier bouché, les piles de la télécommande HS, pas de nappe ou de set de table pour la table...

Sehr schön gelegen und großzügige Wohnung.
Die Betten waren leider nicht sehr bequem und teilweise war er nicht richtig sauber, auf dem Balkon zum Beispiel. Insgesamt aber annehmbar.
Eigentlich war es auch ruhig gelegen nur ist das Haus sehr hellhörig und man hat die Nachbarn deutlich bis spät in ...
