Family-friendly chalet in the historic village of Saanen-Gstaad.
The duplex flat is located in a chalet with two flats.
The chalet is ideally located on a beautiful cobbled street, accessible by car only to local residents.
The chalet is in the heart of this typically Swiss village, a 1-minute walk from the village centre (bakery, dairy, grocery shop, restaurants, tourist office) and the train station, and a 5-minute drive from Gstaad.
The 1st-floor flat has two private parking spaces.
- Ground floor: ski/bike storage room and private washing machine.
- 1st floor: fully-equipped kitchen* and open-plan living room, bathroom with shower and WC, second separate WC, bedroom with double bed (160x200), large vestibule/dressing room and small balcony. BlueTV television and internet (wifi/high-speed cable).
- 2nd floor: two bedrooms with 90x200 bunk beds and one bedroom with a 160x200 double bed.
* New kitchen with large fridge, freezer, dishwasher, kettle, Nespresso machine, etc. Raclette oven, caquelon.

The chalet was completely renovated in 2014 (heating, facade, windows... everything is new).

Wer auf den Luxus und das abgehobene Gstaad verzichten kann, ist hier im Herzen von Saanen gut aufgehoben. Wir waren zu dritt und es hat uns allen gut gefallen.

Kommunikation und Abwicklung mit der Hausbesitzerin im Vorfeld und auch im Zusammenhang mit der Abreise empfand ich als sehr unkompliziert, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Alles hat genau so geklappt wie abgemacht!
Die Gegend/Quartier ist sehr herzig, ruhig und gemütlich. Wer gerne seine Ruhe hat ist ...

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, durch die verschiedene Schlafräume konnten wir uns auch mal zurückziehen.
