Villa degli Archi is surrounded by architecturally beautiful arcades, which gave the villa its name.
During the day, they provide shade and a pleasant, cooling breeze, and late in the evening, they provide warmth in the cooling night.
Thanks to its sunny, slightly sloping location, Villa degli Archi offers a beautiful lake view over the roofs of your holiday resort Colico and the surrounding mountain scenery.
The villa is located on the lake side within the approximately 2,500 square meter park grounds, which are surrounded by an old city wall.
On the arcade terrace, there are deck chairs and a dining table set, as well as another dining table set on the lake side to enjoy the evening sun.
A preferred vacation location, with beautiful Lombard villas in the surrounding area.
There are numerous bathing opportunities with partly sandy beaches to the north and south of Piona Bay, and unspoiled beaches on both sides of the Adda estuary.
Surfing and kite surfing schools, canoe rentals, stand-up paddle boards, bicycle rentals, and electric motorboats are available in and around Colico.
The villa is tastefully furnished, partly with modern elements and partly with antique furniture.
The living area has parquet flooring, and the bathrooms and kitchen have high-quality tiles.
A natural stone path leads to the entrance of your villa, a small step takes you into the entrance area, and from there into the large, light-filled living area with the gallery above.
To the side is the dining room with a view of the lake and the visually separate, comfortable kitchen-diner.
The sleeping areas are on the lake side: a double room suite with shower room, kitchenette, and living area, terrace, a double room, and a twin room with a shared, large, bright bathroom with a round shower (multi-jet system) and bathtub.
From the living area, a granite staircase leads to the upper gallery with the second living and sleeping area with sloping ceilings.
The granite staircase is secured with a stair gate.
The large living gallery with wardrobe leads to two twin rooms (1 without natural light) and the bathroom with shower.

Die Villa lässt keine Wünsche offen, wenn man auf einen Pool verzichten kann. Der Empfang und die Betreuung vor Ort waren vorbildlich. Sehr nette und liebenswerte Menschen. Vielen Dank!

Gerade in den heißen Zeiten bietet das Haus und der Garten mit seinen großen Bäumen Schatten und man kann sich wunderbar erholen. Da man sowohl mit Seeblick nach Südosten als auch mit Gartenblick nach Norden draußen sitzen kann, gibt es immer eine Möglichkeit im Schatten zu sein.

Liebes La Breva-Team,
wie bereits am Telefon mitgeteilt, haben wir den Aufenthalt mit 9 Leuten total genossen. Das Haus hat unsere Erwartungen noch übertroffen. Ein schöneres Grundstück gibt es in ganz Colico nicht. Ach der Kontakt mit Vermieter Gobbi war problemlos.
Allerdings würde ich dem Vermiet...
