This furnished flat of 72 m² (about 775 sq ft), built in 1900, in a building of 4 floors comprises 3 rooms including 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 1 toilet.
This property has a parking space included in the price.

You are located in the centre of Bordeaux, close to the famous Museum of Contemporary Art (CAPC), the beautiful quays and along the Garonne river.
The tramway B is in front of the flat and allows you to visit this beautiful city at your leisure!

- a living room with a sofa, two armchairs, a coffee table, a TV, internet/wifi and a table for 6 people
- an open kitchen fully equipped with oven/microwave, dishwasher, fridge, hotplates, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster and all the necessary cooking equipment
- a 1st bedroom with a double bed of 160 x 200 cm and a chest of drawers
- a 2nd bedroom with two single beds of 90 x 200 cm and wardrobe
- a shower room with washbasin, towel dryer and WC
The parking space is located in the nearby Cité Mondiale car park.
The flat is equipped with a hair dryer, washing machine, iron and ironing board.
Linen is provided (sheets, towels and tea towels) and beds are made on arrival.
You can also book the Luxe, Culinaire, Zen or Hangar flats in the same building.

As part of your rental, a bank imprint of €500 is required and must be made via your Enso Connect accommodation guide.

Spacious living room and kitchen, nice and comfortable, great location. Lovely view over the river, walkable to the city centre but tram just in front for easy transport. Restaurants and supermarket very close by. Very recomendable!

Positive:
Appartement bien placé, joli immeuble et bien décoré et bien équipé. Terrasse agréable lors du beau temps. Calme
Negative:
Il faut savoir que la cuisine et salle à manger est au derniere étage et le salon/chambres l'étage en dessous mais cela nous n'a pas plus embêté que cela.
