We are offering this charming, air-conditioned flat for rent in the town of Cabriès. It measures 30 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests.
Situated on the first floor (no lift), it comprises a lovely 15 m² living area, a fully equipped kitchenette, a beautiful bedroom and a bathroom.
Bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you! The accommodation is laid out as follows: - A 15 m² living area with a TV, pull-out sofa bed and dining area - A fully equipped kitchenette including: an electric kettle, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob and a Senseo pod coffee machine... - A south-facing bedroom with one queen-size bed (160×200) - A bathroom with a bath, toilet and heated towel rail. Shared outdoor area: - A shared, fenced and heated swimming pool, open from mid-May to the end of September.
There are two pools: a paddling pool for young children and a large pool with varying depths.
Sun loungers are provided within the pool area. - Leisure facilities, including a children’s playground and pétanque courts. The flat is ideally situated in Cabriès, in a very pleasant setting.
The neighbourhood is peaceful and set in natural surroundings, with walking trails starting right on the doorstep of the residence.
The nearest beach is 11 km away.
A golf course, a stud farm and an equestrian centre are the closest neighbours.
Tennis courts and a fitness trail are right next to the residence. A shopping area is an 8-minute drive away, whilst the village with local shops is 5 minutes away. The flat is ideally situated for exploring Marseille and its surroundings.
Do pop along to the Calanques National Park to enjoy the biodiversity and the beauty of the landscapes! Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence’s car park.
Parking is unallocated.
You’ll also find spaces for bicycles. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful: - Nearest railway station: Aix-en-Provence, 10 minutes’ drive away - Nearest airport: Marseille Provence, 20 minutes’ drive away Other notes: - Bed linen and towels are included. - A light breakfast is available on site. - Parents are responsible for supervising their children whilst swimming.
Opening dates are subject to change and dependent on favourable weather conditions. - Pets are not permitted in the accommodation. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests.
Please leave it in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use. - Laundry facilities are available in the residence, 10 metres from the flat. - A compulsory wristband system is in place on the residence site.
These wristbands will be provided according to the number of guests staying in the accommodation. Please do not hesitate to contact us for further information.

Rien du tout si il y quelque chose à dire c'est qu'il manque juste une petite glace grossissant pour le maquillage des femmes

Le Balina Le logement est idéal pour quelques nuits, il manque une Terasse pour prendre un petit déjeuné dehors et étendre le linges mais il reste agreable avec 2 Clim indispensable avec la Chaleur.
