We propose to you to the hiring, on the commune of Bolquère, this country cottage exposed full south, of a surface of 125 m ² and being able to accomodate to 9 travellers. It is located 1.5 km from the ski lifts of the Bolquère Pyrénées 2000 resort, and in the immediate vicinity of hiking trails. The chalet consists of a nice living room of 30 m², a fully equipped kitchen, four nice bedrooms, a bathroom, and you can enjoy a garden of about 550 m².
The accommodation is composed as follows:
On the first floor :
- A 30 m² living room with dining area and TV
- A separate sitting area with sofa bed and TV
- A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, filter coffee machine...
- Bedroom 1 : a double bed (140x190)
- A separate toilet
On the second floor :
- Bedroom 2: a double bed (140x190)
- Room 3 : a double bed (140x190)
- Room 4 : two single beds
- A bathroom (bath) with WC
Outside :
- A beautiful private garden of 550 m² with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days
- A terrace of 8 m² located on the first floor
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, baby bed, plancha, ironing board and iron.
The house is ideally located in Bolquère, 1.5 km from the Pyrenees 2000 resort, close to Font Romeu. Bolquère Pyrénées 2000 is one of the largest ski areas in the Pyrénées-Orientales. You will be able to benefit from all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Activities :
In winter, a multitude of activities around skiing are offered to you on the ski area of Font Romeu / Pyrénée 2000 / La Calme: skiing, Nordic skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, sledging... But also many other activities, such as dog sledding, mountaineering, snowmobiling or horse riding and finally, discover the Cerdan plateau from the sky with a hot air balloon ride!
In summer, you can discover the hiking trails of the Domaine Les Estanyols, enjoy a swim in the Matemale lake at Les Angles, go climbing, golfing and tree climbing, or practice rafting, hydrospeed or canyoning on the Aude! Finally, don't forget to stock up on fresh, local produce directly from the producers!
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the garage of the house which can accommodate one vehicle (limited height) or at the entrance of the chalet where you can park up to three vehicles.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Font Romeu train station 11 minutes away (7.5 kilometres)
- Nearest airport: Perpignan airport at 1h30 (88.5 kilometres)
Other remarks :
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- The fireplace is not usable
- The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use.
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site).
- Delivery of breakfast, shopping, ski passes and equipment, on reservation (payment to be made to our partner on site).
