Built in stone and wood, the residence features an authentic and warm alpine style, highly appreciated for its charm and its harmonious integration into the mountain environment. Located on the first floor with elevator access, this 72 m² five-room apartment can accommodate up to 8 people.
It consists of a double bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom, three bedrooms each with two single beds, a shower room, and two separate toilets.
There is also a fully equipped kitchen opening onto a bright living room.

The Chalet de Solaise residence enjoys a prime location at the foot of the Solaise slopes. The ski lifts and the Children’s Village are just a 5-minute walk away, while the residence can be reached on skis via the “M” ski run.
Shops, restaurants, ski rental stores and ski schools are all within easy walking distance. A SPAR supermarket is conveniently located at the Rond-Point des Pistes.
The residence features a lift, ski lockers on the first floor, a waste and recycling room on the ground floor, and a garage beneath the building.
A free “Train Rouge” shuttle stop is located directly outside the residence, providing easy access to all areas of the resort, with connections towards La Daille and Le Fornet.

Grand appartement très bien placé dans val d'Isère, accessible skis aux pieds avec un prix très honnête au sein de cette station.
Quelques améliorations très simples pourraient encoreaméliorer les qualités indéniables de ce logement : un frigo un peu plus grand, et un grosse cocotte ou marmite pour pouvoir aisément cuisiner pour 8.
En dehors de cela c'était parfait et nous reviendrons avec plaisir!
