Ideally located between the Medieval Town of Guérande, La Turballe, Piriac-sur-Mer, La Baule, and the Brière Regional Park, both in the countryside and not far from the sea (3 km), the Kerhouanne cottage is a traditional semi-detached house, renovated in the traditional style with all modern comforts.
It is close to the owners' dairy farm, with tours available upon request.
Private enclosed outdoor space of 400 m² with a south-facing terrace.
Available amenities: pétanque, molkky, and a chicken coop for collecting eggs in season.
Ground floor: fitted kitchen opening onto a living room with a wood-burning stove, 1 bedroom with a private shower room (queen-size bed) and a separate toilet.
Upstairs: 1 open-plan bedroom (three twin beds) and a shower room/toilet.
Additional amenities: Wi-Fi, crib/high chair/changing table/baby bath.
Included: Sheets (beds made), electricity, electric heating, and wood.
Not included: Towels and tourist tax.
Mandatory cleaning fee for business customers (€65).
Electric car charging outlet.
Optional services to be paid on site and reserved before your arrival: - Towels: €5.39 per person per stay - End-of-stay cleaning: €70.04 per stay Property managed by a professional.

Cette maison à quelques kilomètres de Guérande nous a beaucoup plu. Au calme, bien équipée et aménagée avec goût. Nous avons été bien accueillis à notre arrivée. A proximité de tous les lieux touristiques que nous souhaitions découvrir, nous recommandons sans retenue cette location.

Mooie ligging op wandelafstand van de zoutvlaktes. Ruim huis, alle nutsvoorzieningen waren aanwezig, blijft ook heel koel beneden dankzij de dikke muren.
De kinderen konden proeven van het boerenleven dankzij de gastvrijheid van onze gastheer, we mochten ook zelf eitjes van de kipjes rapen. Top plaa...
