Characterful cottage located in a quiet, green and wooded setting (sequoia, oak, black pine), in the grounds of a 19th-century property (owner's house 100 m away).
Unfenced garden (1000 m²) with a terrace.
Swings, table tennis, sandpit, and pétanque court are available.
Walks in the property's wooded area.
Ground floor: living room with separate fitted kitchen, utility room, and separate toilet.
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (1st: 1 queen-size bed, 2nd: 1 double bed, 3rd: 2 single beds), shower room/toilet.
Amenities included: freezer, coffee percolator, Wi-Fi, DVD player, stereo, baby equipment (high chair, small bathtub, changing mat).
Included: firewood, linens (tea towels, tablecloths).

Nous avions un mariage au Domaine de l’Avenue juste à côté et le gîte était parfait pour nos attente. À 3 minutes en voiture du lieu du mariage c’était idéal ! Idéal pour 3 couples. Merci encore pour l’accueil !

gite super, nous sommes venus avec notre petit de 11mois, il y avait lit bébé, matelas a langer et lit parapluie.
l'emplacement du gîte est top, au calme mais proche de tout les commodités.
Pour les activités ,nous sommes allez à Nantes a 40min , Pornic 1h , saint Nazaire 1h, au terril de abbaretz a 15min.
Nous reviendrons avec plaisir c'est sûre ☺️
