APPARTMENT RENTAL FROM SATURDAY TO SATURDAY Check-in time : 5pm Check-out time : 10am The residence Le Valcoeur is situated a 5 minute walk from the center and all amenties (shops, restaurants, ski school, ski-hire) It is close to the old village and the slopes. This two bedroom flat of 47m², suitable for 4 guests includes 2 bedrooms, an open kitchen to a living room and a west facing balcony.
It is located on the first floor with no lift in the residence Le Valcoeur (Entrance B). - Living room : Salon and eating area.
Television. - Bedroom : 2 single beds - Bedroom : A set of bunkbeds - Kitchen : hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher - WC - Covered parking space in parking next to the residenceo(max height 1m90). B10. - Ski Locker - West facing balcony Included in the price : - Bedlinen (self set up required) - Towels - Internet Wifi. - End of stay cleaning (excluding kitchen)* *The apartment must be left in the reasonable condition.
In the case of excess mess an additional cleaning fee may apply. Tourist tax is charged by municipality of Val d'Isère and depends on the number of adults (+18 years old) Pets not allowed. Non-smoking apartment. Flat non accessible for person with reduced mobility. Emplacement ideal au centre de val d'isere, avec parking couvert. Appartement necessitant un petit coup de rafraîchissement, mais spatieux, avec un grd balcon et 2 chambres.
