In the countryside, 15 km from Nantes and Clisson, the owners welcome you to their dairy farm (farm tours available). Domaine des Boutineries is a high-end gîte, renovated from old cellars, with a heated indoor pool (6.5 x 3.5 m) open year-round.
A private terrace (north/east facing) overlooks a 620 m² enclosed garden with views of the surrounding countryside.
A swing set and foosball table are also available. Ground floor: spacious and bright living room with open-plan kitchen and lounge, 1 bedroom (160x200 cm bed) with accessible shower room, 2 bedrooms (each with 1 single bed (90x200 cm) and 2 single beds (80x200 cm) that can be joined together), 1 bathroom (bath and shower), and 1 separate accessible toilet. Upstairs: 1 bedroom (queen-size bed) with ensuite bathroom (bathtub and shower) and separate WC. Amenities included: Wi-Fi, DVD player, freezer, washer-dryer, barbecue/griddle, and baby equipment (cot and high chair). Included: underfloor heating, electricity, bed linen (beds made), towels, and bathrobes. Not included: tourist tax. Optional services to be paid on site and to be booked before your arrival: . Logement à la localisation stratégique pour réunir ma famille . Anniversaire surprise pour mon frère.
Maison très agréable pour cette occasion. Calme absolu . Piscine et baby foot . Belles promenades à proximité.

Logement très agréable et très bien équipé, dans un environnement paisible à la campagne. L'hôte nous a très bien accueillis dès notre arrivée. Gîte parfait pour un weekend entre amis !

Beautiful home and lovely hosts! We were 2 families staying for a week in August with 4 young children and we all had a lovely relaxing week, the home has everything you need and the local area is beautiful! Would love to visit again one day!
