In Cressanges, in the Allier region, the Petit l'Erain gîte accommodates up to 4 people in a converted Bourbonnais barn.
Adjoining another gîte, L'Erain G1955, it features a courtyard, parking, and a large shared green space of approximately 1000 m². The Petit l'Erain gîte is the ideal place for a family holiday in the Allier, combining a friendly atmosphere, nature, and activities for children near the owner's working farm. The terrace, barbecue, and garden furniture are perfect for enjoying breakfast in the sun, while children have fun on the swing set, sandbox, or trampoline (supervision is still recommended near a working farm). Relax by the shared, covered swimming pool, open from 10 am to 7 pm. Located 8 km from Noyant-d'Allier and its iconic Pagoda, and 10 km from the Cluniac site of Souvigny, this gîte promises wonderful discoveries in the Auvergne region.
Saint-Pourçain-sur-Sioule and its vineyards are 18 km away, and the historic district of Moulins is 22 km away. Ground floor: living room with open-plan kitchen, one double bedroom (140x190 cm), one twin bedroom (90x200 cm), shower room, and separate WC. Additional feature: for any bed linen option booked, the beds will be made upon arrival.
Oil heating is the responsibility of the guest and must be paid on-site at the end of your stay. très belle endroit très bonne hôte nous étions très bien dans ce logement nous n'avions pas vu les 10€ de chauffage les 10€ des draps mais ça vaut le coup...

De ruimte zowel binnen de gite, de goede voorzieningen in de gite als vaatwasser, wasmachine etc en natuurlijk het zwembad.
Het ontbreken van een toiletrolhouder, meer kunnen we echt niet verzinnen.
