Old building renovated in a traditional way, adjoining a rental and located on the organic wine estate 10 km from Lac de Grand Lieu, 25 km from Nantes and 40 km from Pornic.
Garden of 450 m² with an enclosed rear area.
Bicycle storage room with 4 adult bicycles available (helmets not provided). Ground floor: living room with open kitchen, utility room/storage room and separate toilet. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (1: 1 bed 140x190 with sink, 2: 1 bed 160x200 with sink, 3: 2 beds 90x190), shower room and separate toilet. Additional equipment: Wifi access, radio/CD, complete baby equipment. Not included: electric underfloor heating, sheets, towels.
Mandatory cleaning fee for professional customers (€70). Puy du Fou 60 km away. Optional services to be paid on site and to be booked before your arrival: . Final Cleaning : 86.21 € per stay . Napkins : 7.54 € per person per stay Property managed by a professional.
