We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Nantes, this charming flat of a surface of 53 m ² and being able to accomodate to 3 travellers. Located on the ground floor, it consists of a nice living room of 23 m², a kitchen, a beautiful bedroom and a bathroom. Wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room of 23 m² facing south with TV, double sofa bed and dining area
- A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, filter coffee machine...
- A bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190)
- A bathroom with shower
- A separate toilet
Outside :
- A terrace of 3.20 m² facing south to enjoy the beautiful days
The flat is ideally located in Nantes, on the right bank of the Erdre, in a very pleasant and quiet environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...
By staying in this flat you will be very close to the heart of the city of Nantes. You will be able to go easily to the various emblematic places of the city: the Cathedral Saint Pierre, the Castle of the Dukes, the Royal and Graslin squares, the island of Versailles, the island of Nantes etc.
You will find dedicated paths along the Erdre to practice walking, jogging or cycling.
Transport :
The accommodation is located 5 minutes from the tramway and 20 minutes on foot from the city centre.
As for other means of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Nantes train station 4 kilometres away (about 11 minutes by car)
- Nearest airport: Nantes airport 16 kilometres away (about 25 minutes by car)
Other remarks:
- Bed linen and towels included.
- Free Wifi available (fibre optic).
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- There is a rubbish bin.
- Cleaning at the end of your stay includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use.

🙂 Très bien placé, confortable, bien équipé. Transports et centre ville accessibles facilement. Hôtes très agréables et réactifs. Bref une très bonne location que je n'hésiterais pas à reprendre si besoin"

Les Rives de L'Erdre "Le logement d'Annie est très agréable et bien équipé. Nous apprécions y revenir. Didier est réactif et à l'écoute comme à son habitude.
Nous avons trouvé que le couchage du canapé convertible est abîmé maintenant, peut-être dû au succès de cette location. Nouveauté cette année...
