- 3.5 room apartment, 85 m2 - 4 persons - Modern, as good as new interior - Sunny hillside location with 180° panoramic view - Balcony with sun blinds, seating furniture and side table - Living room with sofa set, salon table, 2 armchairs - Dining table with 4 chairs - flat screen, digital TV - Internet (WLAN) - Fully equipped open kitchen - Ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher - Nespresso coffee machine (please bring capsules) - electric kettle, toaster - 1 bedroom with double bed (2 mattresses), closet, fan - 1 bedroom with box spring bed 180 cm, clothes rail and chest of drawers - 1 bathroom with shower/WC, washbasin, hairdryer - Darkening by shutters and curtains - outside sitting area with stone table and small lawn, 2 deck chairs . - Pets not allowed - non-smoking, please smoke outside only - central heating - Washing machine and tumble dryer in the basement room for common use - Deposit CHF 500.-- Public parking at the entrance to the house (18 parking spaces in total) Experience has shown that there are always parking spaces available, since all the surrounding residents have their own parking spaces.

die Einrichtung der Küche war top
die Matratzen waren sehr gut
Die Aussicht ein Traum
Leider war das Problem ,einmal die Parkplatzsituation hat mir nicht gefallen
gebührenpflichtig von 7.00 bis 19.00 Uhr.und der Zugang zum Haus
der nur über 35 langgezogenen Stufen zu erreichen war.
Im täglichen gebrauch war das kein Problem .
Jedoch bei der An. und Abreise mit dem Gepäck.

Tolle Ferienwohnung in traditioneller Tessiner Villa mit grandioser Aussicht über die Stadt und den See. Die Lage ist perfekt, da gut zu Fuss (ca. 8 Minuten) von der Piazza Grande entfernt.
