Das Haus hat eine Einmalige Lage mit einem wunderschönen 180-Grad-Blick über den Lago Maggiore, den man vom grosszügigen Innenraum und auch vom beheizten Infinity-Pool geniessen kann. Eines der Highlights war ein Abend bei Kerzenschein und Käsfondue auf der Terrasse mit traumhaft schönen Blick über den See!

Die Aussicht, die Sauberkeit und sehr zentral gelegen. Die Menschen in Ascona und Umgebung sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Der Pool war abgedeckt aber nicht abgeschlossen. Mit Hund sehr unsicher, weshalb dieser nie alleine auf der Terrasse sein konnten.
Das Haus liegt an einer gut befahrenen Straße, weshalb man Tag und Nacht die fahrenden Autos hört.

Die Lage und Aussicht ist umwerfend und lädt zur absoluten Erholung ein! Die Terrasse mit dem tollen Pool lässt keine Wünsche offen!
Die Betten fanden wir sehr bequem!
Für Hundehalter, wie wir es sind, finden wir die Lage nicht wirklich praktisch! Das Haus liegt an stark befahrener Strasse, ohne wirkliche Möglichkeit, dass der Hund sich kurz Lösen kann!
Der doch recht hohe Preis könnte mit etwas wertigerer Ausstattung (…zBTisch/Stühle/Schränke) besser gerechtfertigt werden ;-)
