In a quiet neighborhood between the Ville d'Hiver and Pereire, this pleasant, air-conditioned, two-bedroom house measures approximately 70 m² and features a large terrace for enjoying outdoor meals with family or friends.
The living room features a TV (no Wi-Fi) and a 140cm sofa bed that sleeps two.
The fully equipped open-plan kitchen includes a stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven, and Nespresso machine.
The first bedroom has a 140cm bed for two people.
The bathroom and separate toilet are also located.
The second bedroom also has a 140cm bed, sleeping two people.
A travel cot and high chair are available.
The washing machine is located in the garage, where you can also store your bicycles.
Free street parking is available; there is no private parking.
Pereire Beach is the closest beach to enjoy the Arcachon Bay, perfect for afternoon swimming and evening picnics.
