This sea front apartment has two bedrooms (one with a double bed and another one with two single beds), a bathroom with shower, an open kitchen, a large dining room, a fantastic terrace with sea views, an outside parking place and a community garden with barbecue.
Pets not accepted. It is in Cau del Llop, a quite zone in the outside of Llançà, near to the Cau del Llop beach, a five minutes by car to the Port's urban centre, where you will find the principal restaurants and shops, the Port and Gola beach, the marina port and another see sights. Llançà is a coast and familiar village, where you can do a lot of aquatic activities (Kayak, snorkel, sailing, fishing, windsurf, etc.) And mountain activities (hiking, the GR9, the Sant Jaume path, discover dolmens in the zone, visit the great monastery of Sant Pere de [hidden] little village it’s between the Cap de Creus and the Albera, near to the fishing villages of Port de la Selva, Cadaqués and Colera, where you can discover their history, their culture, their gastronomy and their magnificent landscapes of the Costa Brava. Llançà it’s near Figueres too, where you will find restaurants, shops and the incredible Dali’s museum.
Also you can visit the rustic village of Perelada and they amazing Casino, and the little villages of the Alt Empordà whit their famous vineyards with [hidden] Empordà. Come and enjoy your holidays in this incredible apartment! Property managed by a professional.

Excellente situation et très belle vue. Un appartement très lumineux et confortable. Un bémol cependant pour le confort de la literie, l’absence de produits d’entretien basiques que nous avons dû acheter et ensuite laisser sur place ( liquide vaisselle, éponge…). Nous avons également dû acheter un b...
